Validation

I came across this video on YouTube. It is amazing what happens to peoples countenance when you validate them. I dare you to try it and see what happens. The first person we came across was a waitress. My Fiance' and I started validating her and I was just amazed at how the waitress changed her attitude towards us. She made sure we had our drinks full, and our food came out promptly. It is amazing what a few simple words can do. So go out there and validate someone!!
